Richard Nilsson is an entrepreneur, investor, and senior advisor with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming businesses across technology, media, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, luxury, healthcare, and pet technology.
As Founder and Managing Partner of RPN CAP, Richard works closely with founders, CEOs, and boards on growth strategy, digital and AI transformation, M&A, venture building, and value creation. Known for his hands-on, execution-led approach, he helps organisations translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
Richard has built his career at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and operations. His experience spans platform and brand development, go-to-market acceleration, enterprise transformation, and scaling businesses across multiple international markets.
A builder by nature, Richard co-founded Lifestyle Asia, one of Asia's pioneering luxury digital media platforms, later acquired by Hubert Burda Media. He currently leads MyPetGo, an AI-driven pet health and longevity platform, and has founded, operated, and exited ventures across media, technology, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.
In addition to his operating experience, Richard has advised venture-backed companies, family offices, and institutional investors on growth, investment, and portfolio strategy. This combination of operator, advisor, and investor experience allows him to bridge strategy, execution, and investment thinking in a practical and commercially focused way.
Richard is a graduate of the Swedish School of Entrepreneurship and an alumnus of Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
He brings a global perspective shaped by working across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Pricillia Imbar
Operating Partner, Head of Investments
Pricillia Imbar is an entrepreneur, investor, and board advisor with experience spanning Hospitality, Consumer, Technology, and Lifestyle sectors.
As Chairwoman of RPN CAP, Pricillia brings a founder-led perspective to investment, business building, and strategic growth. She works closely with entrepreneurs, management teams, and investors to identify opportunities, scale businesses, and create long-term value.
Originally trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu and At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy in Singapore, Pricillia combines operational expertise with commercial acumen.
Her early career in hospitality provided a strong foundation in customer experience, execution, and business operations, which later evolved into entrepreneurship and investing.
Over the years, she has founded and operated businesses across multiple industries while building an active investment portfolio. As an angel investor, she has participated in more than 20 investments across Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A companies, with a particular interest in technology-enabled, consumer-focused, and hospitality-related ventures.
In addition to her investment activities, Pricillia serves on the boards of several companies, advising on growth strategy, partnerships, governance, and business development. Her combination of operator, entrepreneur, and investor experience enables her to support businesses through every stage of growth, from concept and launch to scale and value realisation.
